Ray Mostogl (General Manager - Bell Bay Aluminium)

Ray commenced as General Manager Bell Bay Aluminium in March 2011. Prior to this appointment Ray held a number of management roles at Bell Bay Smelter, including Manager Carbon and Business Improvement, and Manager Site Services. Ray has led a significant business transforation of Bell Bay to avoid the global downturn in the aluminium industry in recent years. Ray's role in Bell Bay's transformation was recognised in 2014 when he was awarded CEO Magazine's Manufacturing Executive of the Year. 



Gretta commenced as General Manager of NZAS in August 2013.  Prior to this role Gretta was General Manager Business Improvement and Technology in Pacific Aluminium's Brisbane office. Gretta has worked in the aluminium industry for more than two decades, including ckise ti 20 years with Rio Tinto and five years with Alcoa.


Joe commenced as General Manager BSL in 2012. For the past 14 years Joe held a number of management roles at BSL, including Operations Manager, Manager Metal Products, Manager Carbon and Manager Engineering Services. During this time, Joe supported BSL to achieve its best ever safety performance, as well as improvements in operational efficiency and quality. He has operations and maintenance leadership experience in mining, mineral processing and manufacturing.



Matt howell (Chief Executive Officer - Tomago Aluminium)

Matt commenced as CEO of Tomago Aluminium in September 2013. He has close to 30 years’ experience in the smelting industry including a Group General Manager role for Nyrstar which saw him  responsible for six primary smelters in Australia, USA, Belgium, France and the Netherlands. At Tomago, Matt oversees production of 580,000 tonnes of aluminium every year, which is 25% of Australia's primary aluminium. Tomago aluminium is an independently managed joint venture.



NIGEL WARRINGTON (acting General Manager - NRG, Gladstone Power Station)

Nigel was appointed to the role of Acting General Manager in August 2016.
